Wally the Walrus

I would like to introduce Wally the Walrus to the Blue Dinosaur Crochet collection! After making Sally the Seal I really wanted to design a Walrus! (If you haven’t checked out Sally the Seal please do!). Wally the Walrus is very similar to Sally the Seal. Both patterns work up really quickly and suited towards beginners. Wally the Walrus will be the last Sea Creature pattern for a while, as I am beginning to get a little bit lost for ideas! (NOT saying that I will not re-visit sea creatures in the future!). I have had so much fun designing all of these wonderful sea creatures!
If you do have any sea creatures that you would like a pattern for PLEASE comment below or email through your suggestions. I will do my best to respond and design the sea creature you are after!

Before assembling all of the pieces together I suggest pinning them in place with sewing pins. This will allow you to see your finally product before sewing together, while also making sure your Walrus can sit up.
I have not stuffed the tail or the flippers as I felt they did not need it. However this is completely up to you. I have also made the choice to not use safety eyes. This is due to me taking all of my crochet creations to work and having children under the age of three playing with them.

Once you have finished Wally I would love to see a picture! 😊
